Professional background
Experience
I assist my industrial and institutional clients in understanding the major European defence issues and in strategic decision-making.
Since 2018 I have been an associate researcher at IRIS, the Institut de Relations Internationales et Stratégiques in Paris. I have written several public reports for the European Parliament, in particular on defence research, permanent structured cooperation, defence planning and the European Defence Fund. I also contribute to the support of European Defence Fund projects as regards compliance with international humanitarian law and military ethics.
